Explains how to use the management tools and reports in the outbound eFax solution in Phoenix Ortho EHR.
Once you receive the username and password for the outbound eFax from Phoenix Ortho EHR's support team, this article shows some of the management tools available to you as the administrator. Utilize the tools to troubleshoot error messages, monitor usage, verify documents sent and other filter options found on the dashboard.
Enrollment and Set Up in POEHR
Begin by an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to register for the outbound eFax solution through Phoenix Ortho EHR. Billing will be monthly from Phoenix Ortho.

eFax Portal Usage
Save https://portal.concordfax.com/Account/LogOn as a favorite.
Enter Username and Password provided by Phoenix Ortho support.
This is the HomeDashboard view with sort options for single day or multiple days view.
The data view is for Outbound Totals only.
- Select Reports.
- Select Outbound Activity
All outbound activity is for the time period filter selected.
This view shows Export options to a CSV for more management control use.
- To view a particular job, select the list icon on t the left of the Job ID.
- Select Details.
Item faxed is visible when the "view" option is selected.
Options for Filter Dates.
Options for Filter sort. Most used for Fax Number sort.
Status Filter provides Admin user ability to review Outbound Fax activity status.
Confirm fax numbers are entered in File Maintenance for Referring Providers, Locations, and Labs.
If Referring Providers is part of the interface message from the Practice Management (scheduling) software, check with Phoenix Ortho Support on the best way to complete this portion.
